Additionally, Chamberlain has provided his talents on soundtracks, collaborating with composers such as Hans Zimmer, Marco Beltrami, Jóhann Jóhannsson and Jon Brion including the ‘Man of Steel‘ and ‘Frozen‘ movie soundtracks to name a few. Among other music industry nominations, awards and accolades, Matt has been named “Studio Drummer of the Year” multiple times by Modern Drummer Magazine, Academy of Country Music’s “Drummer of the Year”, DRUM! Magazine’s “Studio Drummer of the Year” and named one of “The Top 10 Session/Solo Drummers “by Music Radar. Matt is currently balancing his session work with live tour dates with Brandi Carlile.
