Stanton Moore is one of the greatest drummers of his generation. He is best known for his work with jazz/funk artists (Galactic, Garage A Trois), but he has also recorded with the new wave icon, Joe Jackson, and he doesn’t shy away from rock and metal (Corrosion of Conformity, Street Sweeper Social Club). The artysta also has seven solo albums under his belt. All drum maniacs also know about his work as a drum educator (The Stanton Moore Drum Academy) and ambassador of the most important brands in the world of drums: Gretsch, Remo, Vic Firth, DW, LP, Gator or Audix. Since January 2020, Stanton has been an official Zildjian Cymbals endorser.
It is thus always worth listening to what he has to say. The next such opportunity will happen as soon as tomorrow.
