Dave Holland, long time drummer of British heavy metal legends Judas Priest died at the age of 69. He passed away in the hospital in Lugo, Spain.
Dave was a member of the “classic” Judas Priest line up. He has recorded such well known albums as “British Steel” or “Turbo”. Information on his death leaked on January 16 but were not confirmed for a long time. K.K Downing, guitarist for Judas Priest has posted an emotional farewell to his friend yesterday, finally confirming his passing. Holland was drummer for the band from 1979 to 1989. We still don’t know the cause of his death.
