Meinl Cymbals are expanding their top-shelf Byzance Foundry Reserve line of cymbals by including five new additions. Following requests by artists and fans as well as a growing trend around the globe of drummers playing larger cymbals on their drum kits, the company are adding a pair of 16” hi hats, two crashes (19″ and 20″) as well as two 24-inch rides.

All the cymbals are hand hammered and made in Turkey. They feature wide-blade lathing and the finish is traditional. The material used is B20 Bronze.
Each cymbal is individually packaged in a specially designed cymbal box, which also includes a pair of Meinl Stick & Brush Standard 5A drumsticks as well as a pair of 100% cotton cymbal gloves. These cymbals are unlacquered, which means they will naturally age over time. However, if you prefer to keep your cymbals clean and free from finger prints, you will appreciate the gloves when you handle your cymbals. Also, included with each cymbal is a letter from Mr. Reinhold Meinl about this special line of cymbals, and a Certificate of Authenticity.
