The new Roland TD-27KV is designed to provide great sounds and feel while playing, which can only be achieved with V-Drums. At its heart is the powerful new TD-27 sound module, equipped with the highest quality, fully customizable drum and cymbal sounds. Advanced digital transducer technology detects every detail in ultra-high resolution, while the large diameter drum and cymbal pads provide a unique experience, very similar to those of the acoustic kit.
Many electronic drum sets are very different from acoustic sets, mainly due to their small size. TD-27KV solves this problem with pads and cymbals with a decidedly larger diameter. The 14″x 4.3″ snare drum is made of stainless steel and the 10″ tom are equipped with Roland multilayer mesh heads. 12″ hi-hat cymbal are mounted on a standard stand,18″ ride cymbal and 12″ and 13 “crashes are mounted on the rack.
The digital snare and ride pads connect to the TD-27 module using USB cables, working with the module in such a way as to ensure the most natural expression, enabling you to listen to drums with unbelievable details. Ghost-notes, rim shots on the snare are precisely detected and processed, ride offers a wide tonal range. The TD-27 module is derived from the flagship TD-50 and is equipped with high quality samples.
The new PureAcoustic Ambience technology optimizes each set. You can adjust the microphone position on each drum set and customize the overhead microphone simulator. Advanced built-in multi-effects and mixing functions give you the power of a full-size studio console with parametric EQ, compressors, reverbs, delays and more at your command.
Built-in Bluetooth allows you to send audio to the module. Training features develop skills and allow you to track progress, and the advanced metronome helps improve your internal pulse.
