As our viewers may remember, on March 16, 2015, the BeatIt team took a trip to Berlin, Germany, where the American master educator Mike Johnston hosted a drum clinic at the SkyLiveClub. Obviously, we also jumped at the opportunity to do an in-depth interview with the man.
In the first part of our talk, BeatIt’s guest shares his impressions of his German tour which he was in the middle of at the time. He also discusses the differences between lessons prepared for his www.mikeslessons.com website and drum clinics, as well as tells us what he considers his most important vocation.
