Maciek Gołyźniak talks to BeatIt, Pt. 2
Maciej Gołyźniak – a good friend of BeatIt’s, performing on the biggest festival and club stages in Poland – has recently conducted a series of drum clinics in collaboration with Warsaw Drum Festival as well as two of Polish top drum stores.
On September 8, 2015, Maciek performed at Avant Drum Shop in Poznań, Poland. A report from that event is coming soon, but for now, we have an interview with the man, to whom we talked about everything that has happened in his career since the last time he spoke to BeatIt.
In the second part, Maciek talks about his idea for drum workshops and what he wants to share with those who attend them. He also discusses the changes that have taken place over the last few years in the Polish market as well as promissing young drummers in his country. It is also worth mentioning that the gentleman caught by the eye of one of our cameras is Burak Ersöz – Artist Relations and Marketing Manager at Istanbul Agop.
