Green Day drummer, Tré Cool, has returned to Ludwig family.
Yesterday, the company posted a social media post that includes a welcome note to the artist and a video showing him unboxing his new Ludwig kit.
The post reads:
“It’s official and oh-so epic—@trecool of Green Day is back on the Ludwig Artist Roster! A legend returns to his roots, and we’re all about those signature fills and killer solos. Ludwig, It H.I.T.S. Different.“
Tré Cool himself comments rather perversely: “Hey Ludwig! Welcome back to Green Day!”

Green Day is embarking on a tour this year, where they will perform the entire repertoire from their classic albums “Dookie” and “American Idiot“.
