Celebrating the influence and artistry of legendary jazz drummer Art Blakey, Zildjian have come up with a special tee. This soft, breathable t-shirt features a hand-drawn portrait by artist Aline Decat.
Art Blakey is famous for his role in developing the bebop style of drumming and was known for his ability to maintain independence with all four limbs, which was unusual for his time. He collaborated with such jazz greats as: Miles Davis, Dexter Gordon, Dizzy Gillespie, Charlie Parker, Sarah Vaughan, Jazz Messengers, Thelonious Monk, Wayne Shorter, Freddie Hubbard, Chuck Mangione, Keith Jarrett, Wynton Marsalis or Branford Marsalis.
Made from the same super-soft, lightweight fabric as the Zildjian logo tee, this solid black t-shirt has a loose, boxy fit, and features a woven loop Z tag on the bottom hem.
