Marky Ramone: talks 5 of his favourite punk songs
As some of BeatIt viewers already know, Marky Ramone – former drummer for the legendary the Ramones – is scheduled to perform in Poland. He will be appearing with his band Marky Ramone’s Blitzkrieg at Cieszanów Rock Festival on Aug 19.
Recently, Marky has shared his list of top-five punk songs with the Rolling Stone magazine. Perhaps he will play one of them at the Cieszanów Rock Festival?

Marky Ramone replaced the original Ramones drummer Tommy Ramone and had two stints with the band: 1978 – 1983 and 1987 – 1996. The first album that featured Marky was “Road To Ruin”, which includes the classic “I Wanna Be Sedated”. He was with the band right until they retired in 1996.
