Polish drummer, Mariusz Mocarski, has officially joined the Paiste artist roster.
Dr Mariusz Mocarski – drummer, graduate of the F. Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw (the Białystok branch), as well as the State Jazz College at the State Secondary Music School F. Chopin in Warsaw. Since 2017, he has been cooperating with the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Białystok Branch, where in 2019 he obtained a doctoral degree in musical arts in the artistic discipline of instrumental studies. Mariusz is also a session musician with about 50 albums under his belt. He has performed at many festivals and concerts in four continents. His pupils and students have won prizes and awards at over 40 national and international percussion competitions. He is also a percussion consultant at the Artistic Education Center, a lecturer and juror at many percussion workshops and festivals. In 2018, he joined the ranks of the International Committee, the world’s largest percussion organization – Percussive Arts Society (USA).
