For quite some time, Poland has invariably been included in the tour schedule of the relentless classic rock legends – Wishbone Ash. Naturally, as a self-respecting drum channel, BeatIt had to set up a meeting with the band’s current drummer – Joe Crabtree. It was also because the man has drawn the attention of drummers the world over as an educator thanks to his own website www.joecrabtree.com and his You Tube channel.

In the first part of our talk, BeatIt’s guest discusses the start of his love for the drums, piano and drum lessons as well as his first musical fascinations.
