As our viewers already know, on Oct 20, 2014, as part of the 23rd International DRUM FEST Festival, Gene Hoglan – the American metal drum master – hosted a clinic at the Opole Music School in Poland. Obviously, we also jumped at the opportunity to do an interview with the man.
In the third part of our talk, BeatIt’s guest talks about the gear he uses (drums, cymbals, heads, sticks), what advice he has for young people at his clinics, as well as the best and worst moments in his career so far.
