In this part of the interview, Przemysław Wejmann discusses the psychological aspects of being a record producer. Is it enough to just push the REC and STOP buttons at the right moment? Our guest proves that he does a lot more, appreciating the importance of such issues as creating a good atmosphere in the studio, dexterously advising a drummer on arrangements, the ergonomics of his or her kit, or helping a given musician deal with jitters. We also find out why Przemysław Wejmann doesn’t have a favourite record producer. To top it all off, we raise the subject which we, for our purposes, call the squeaking foot pedal syndrome.
