In this part of BeatIt’s visit at Perlazza Studio, Przemysław Wejmann talks about choosing and recording different hi hat types and heads used on toms, snares and bass drums. Another key issue discussed by our guest is dampening for recording, drum tuning and constantly minding the pitch when recording (tuning screws tend to go loose, which is something that drummers often forget when in studio).
