The world premiere of the first episode of the F+F documentary “Arrival”— filmed in Paris last Spring and featuring exceptional, young drummers Antoine Fadavi and Igor Falecki — is scheduled today, February 20, 2018 at 6:00PM PST exclusively on www.DrumChannel.com/ff.
This episode features exceptional young drummers Antoine Fadavi and Igor Falecki as they travel to Paris to perform for the first time as F+F. Included is the full performance of their double drum cover of excerpts from the Batman v Superman and Wonder Woman movie soundtracks. Bonus footage include interviews, set-up at Planet Live studios and behind-the-scenes clips of Paris landmarks. Episode 2 will air on February 27 and Episode 3 will air on March 6.
The three F+F shows were recorded in Paris last April and include incredible double drum performances of “Guide Me” by Kaz Rodriguez, a live-looping demonstration and a play-along with excerpts from the soundtrack of the Batman v Superman movie. Other highlights are interviews and behind-the- scenes coverage as well as footage from the duo’s live showcase at Wikidrummers Festival 2.
Igor Falecki (15) began drumming when he was 4. Acclaimed as a child prodigy, he has been featured at major international concerts, clinics and conventions. Antoine Fadavi (18) started playing drums when he was 12. He grew up playing primarily electronic drums and is currently an advocate for both electronic and acoustic drums and percussion. The two musicians became aware of each other on YouTube, met at NAMM 2016 and quickly forged a personal and musical friendship.
F+F is sponsored by DW, Gretsch, Roland, Sabian, TRX, Remo, Vic Firth, Gibraltar, Cympad, DrumChannel, Wikidrummers and The Drumming Lab.Share
